You can delete your Case Track account and saved cases from the app. The same steps work on iPhone and Android. You can also email us.
In the app
To permanently remove your account and the cases stored with it:
- Open Case Track and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
We delete your account and stored cases right away, and we purge backups within 30 days. If you use the app without an account, uninstalling it removes the cases saved on that device.
By email
Write to hello@usciscasetrack.com from the email on your account and ask us to delete your data. We complete the request within 30 days.
What we delete
Your account, the receipt numbers and nicknames you added, your alert settings, and your push-notification token. We do not keep a copy of your USCIS password, Social Security number, or A-number — we never collect those.
